Refund and return policy


We follow a policy of exchange and refund according to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce Law No. (39/2014), according to the following

All items to be returned or exchanged must be in the original packaging and in good condition for resale

The defective products shall be exchanged or refunded according to the above policy

according to law; All fresh and frozen foods are considered products or items that are not exchangeable or refundable

All returns must be returned at time of delivery, otherwise you must bring the returned item to the nearest store within 4 hours of delivery only.

In the event that the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded within 1-3 working days when using the online payment service with a credit card

The time taken to recover the paid amount due to canceling the order or returning the product when using the electronic payment method "KNET" depends on the issuing bank
